It's not all about racing at Princess Royal Sailing Club. Many of our members enjoy sailing both in the Harbour and out in King George Sound and much further when weather permits.

Sail for Fun and Learn

Families and individuals are invited to join club members for relaxed evening twilight sails when weather is suitable. Dress is casual, but non-slip shoes and warm coat are advisable. Twilight skippers can offer sailing support if you are keen to learn, which open up opportunities for becoming a regular sailing participant, crewing on Saturdays or assisting with Sailability.

Twilight sails take place between October and April each year on Friday evenings with a nominated course.  

Sunday Jib & Main cruising is also sheduled at the end of each month.  Join us for longer cruises to various destinations around Albany's beautiful harbours.

We welcome you to join the club and enjoy the wonderful, welcoming social scene in and around the Club. The barbecue area is also available.
