• Clinic 1: 15-16 March – 0900 to 1200

• Learn more about your dinghy and develop your confidence on the water.

• Opportunity to meet other Junior Sailors, Instructors & Coaches

What to bring:

• Your Dinghy 
• Sailing Gear & Life Jacket
• Note book & Pen
• Refillable water bottle
• Food & snacks
• Dry Clothes & Towel
• Any medication that maybe required (Eg: Asthma Inhaler or Epi-Pen)

This coaching clinic will allow the sailors to upskill their level, knowledge and confidence in sailing.  Additionally there is a focus on South West Regional Instructor and Coaches to develop and upskill, collaborate and learn from very experienced coaches - if you are a coach/instructor please register for the weekend: https://www.prsc.com.au/events/285152
