For a special treat, Members and Member's guests, please join us at the club this Friday to welcome John & Jin Metcalf who will be our special in house caterer for the evening.
John & Jin have extensive experience in the restaurant trade having run their own restaurants in Sydney and Perth before setting eyes on the South Coast to settle amongst us.
Friday’s menu is a teaser sample of what may lie in store for the future, with all meals created in-house with a view to putting YUM on the plate.
It is our reward to have them with us, being given the opportunity to sample a wide array of special Asian-European fusion cuisine.
